Forestry mulching is a land clearing method that uses a machine called a forestry mulcher thats pictured above to grind trees, brush, and other vegetation into small pieces. The machine has a rotating drum equipped with sharpened teeth that shred the vegetation as it moves forward. The mulched debris is left on the ground as a natural erosion control and soil nutrient replenishment method it is NOT removed from the job site.
